FAZENDA SANTA HEDWIRGES


Fazenda Santa Hedwirges has been in the Brito family for over 90 years and spans four production centres in Sul de Minas. Now led by fourth-generation farmer Hugo Brito, the farm balances its long heritage with forward-looking investments in processing infrastructure and sustainable practices. When we visited in 2024, Hugo welcomed us warmly and gave us a full tour of the nursery, drying stations, and fermentation systems. His openness and clear dedication to both quality and innovation made a strong impression. We started working with Hugo that same year, with this natural Yellow Catuai lot selected for its consistency and classic espresso profile.

FAZENDA NUNES



Fazenda Nunes is located in the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region. We met Gabriel in 2024 at his farm, but had been working with his coffees before. With 25 Arabica varieties and full sun-drying, the farm stands out for its innovation and quality.  Nunes produces mellow, chocolate-driven profiles with great sweetness. It’s the staple in our Duchess and Duke blends.

Method : Espresso

Water : Soft water (100ppm) at 93° C

Coffee dose : 18g

Espresso in cup : 40g

Extraction time : 28 sec
