Situated in the hills of the Andes mountains, Ricardo Leguizamo benefits from exceptional terroir and a mild climate. This lot is a Tabi variety and was semi-washed. After picking and floating, the cherry was pulped, but the parchment was dried with some remaining sticky mucilage. The variety and process contribute to the balanced cup with medium acidity and distinct notes of orange and caramel.
