This single origin comes from our longtime partner Hugo Brito. Fazenda Santa Hedwirges has been in the Brito family for over 90 years and spans four production centres in Sul de Minas. The farm balances its long heritage with forward-looking investments in processing infrastructure and sustainable practices. Situated in the Sul de Minas region, it benefits from a warm climate and steady altitude of 900m. This offers stable conditions for producing clean, chocolate-driven coffees.
