Nightcall is our natural sugarcane decaf from Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1,800 masl and carefully selected by our longtime partner Cuatro Vientos. Expect a fruity, caffeine-free cup with notes of strawberry, purple grape, lemongrass and hazelnut.

SIETE SOLES
Siete Soles is part of our collaboration with Cuatro Vientos in Huila, a relationship that began in 2023 through Yonatan Gonzalez. Selected for its expressive character, this lot comes from Acevedo, where cool conditions at up to 1800 masl slow cherry maturation and intensify fruit development. After natural processing, it undergoes the sugarcane decaffeination method, which preserves sweetness while softening the wilder edges of the profile. The result is a fruity and sweet cup with notes of strawberry, purple grape, lemongrass and hazelnut.

Method : V60
Water : Soft water (80ppm) at 93° C
Coffee : 15g
Water : 240g
Pours : Start with 50g. Second pour at 00:30 (100g). Third pour at 01:00 (rest). 15 sec for each pour.
