Perched at 1850 masl in Huehuetenango, the farm benefits from warm days, cool nights and the region’s distinct airflow patterns that protect high-altitude coffee. Fredy’s meticulous washed processing and careful selection reflect the same steady dedication that has guided the farm since his father’s time.
