Supported by the Lalisaa project, he combines traditional practices with modern agronomy, ensuring sustainable growth and improved quality. At 1950 masl, his heirloom varieties thrive under agroforestry systems that create ideal shade and balanced soils. His natural processing highlights the character of Sidamo, producing a coffee that is both structured and expressive. The result is a cup that is fruity, complex, and syrupy, with blackberry, hibiscus, and raspberry notes.
